2006 Popular Australian Readers' & Writers' Festival - Program

Now in our sixth year of the Popular Australian Readers' & Writers' Festival, we can see from the success of the sessions and feedback from festivalgoers that authors truly are entertainers. So, this year we invite you to really enjoy yourselves with a great program of exciting and entertaining panel discussions - always with lots of Q & A and, as ever, absolutely free!

This weekend couldn't happen without the authors and we are immensely grateful that they donate their time to share with you all this celebration of the fantastic popular writing and writers we have in this country. Of course, the best way to show your thanks to the authors is to buy their books, available at the Angus & Robertson on-site bookshop. (Once again, we must thank them for a terrific partnership.) Of course, neither could we hold this festival without the publishers - thank you, it really is wonderful for these Australian writers to know you support the local talent.

For more than a decade, Australian Voices in Print have been in partnership with another great team who are always supportive of Australian books: the Horizon Committee for the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
